Mid-Level PHP Developer

Job Description

The Mid-Level PHP Developer is responsible for software development, both front end and back end, collaboration with project team members, testing and debugging software, documentation, adherence to best practices, and continuous learning and upskilling. Associate is also expected to manage, train, and mentor Junior developers.

Responsibilities

Software development
Maintenance of code documentation (e.g. code comments, README)
Adherence to coding standards, design patterns, best practices, and naming conventions
Develop working knowledge on live systems
Inform request status to client and manage their expectations
Mentor Junior developers

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar. Equivalent experience or relevant certification may also be considered.
Knowledge of basic software development concepts.
Working knowledge in PHP, Laravel, TailwindCSS, Alpine, and VueJS
Ability in logical analysis and development of effective solutions to problems.
Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
Good communication skills and attention to details.
