Job Description
Manages list of all digital platforms and tools used by the company; and inventory of computers and monitors fixed assets and assignments of fixed assets to associates.
Responsibilities
- Aligns with the HR team for new associates for on-boarding
- Coordinates with the Admin Team and entire team on the hardware delivery schedule to associates, machines for repair, new units for purchase, and any changes related to digital platforms and tools.
- Reformats old devices to be used by new associates/interns.
- Installs proper tools in devices to be delivered to associates.
- Creates and manages technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Creates, updates, and deletes email accounts, Ringcentral, and ClickUp accounts.
- Processes and troubleshoots concerns with the machines raised by associates.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
