Job Description
Oversees the financial activities of the company, ensuring its financial health, and providing strategic guidance for effective financial decision-making
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, which includes, but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and monitor the organization’s annual budget, ensuring adherence to financial objectives and cost control measures.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the company’s cash flow, including monitoring liquidity, optimizing working capital, and forecasting future cash needs.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management regarding investment opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Senior Management, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
- Supervise and coordinate financial operations, such as accounts, payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and procurement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Professional Certifications are an advantage
