Job Description
Drives sales growth and manages accounts within the digital marketing and website development domain. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic marketing solutions to help achieve goals. This role is a combination of sales, account management, and customer success
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and prospecting potential clients for the Digital Marketing business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the DM/Creatives Project teams on the requirements, ensuring they align with client objectives.
- Creates and submits proposals to prospects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, or similar business-related course. Relevant work experience and skills may compensate for the lack of a degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Development or Account Manager, preferably from a digital marketing agency
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing clients successfully
- Experience in handling digital marketing campaign projects
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software is an advantage
